I started out as an ordinary teacher, showing children how to move the beads on a soroban. But over time, I realized something fundamental: true skill is born not in the fingers, but in the mind and heart. I have watched children overcome their fears and gain self-belief. Today, my mission is to create an international environment where every child—regardless of their city or country—can feel: "I can do it!" I personally ensure that the atmosphere at our Olympiad is safe, supportive, and inspiring.
